Payment Information

Patients must make an advance payment of $ 300 USD for surgery date reservation; you have the option of making either by PAY PAL, MONEYGRAM or WESTERN UNION. *(PAYMENT OPTIONS ONLY FOR DEPOSIT)*. 

This deposit is *NON REFUNDABLE*, in case of canceling the procedure the down payment will remain available for  surgery up to six (6) months.

The deposit received will be deducted from the total price of procedure. The remaining amount must be paid TWO days prior to the date of your surgery in CASH at our office or Bank Wire transfer 7 days before your arrival.
